Good for the 1st year, but after that I don't recommend this stroller.
Yes, this had a good review last 2007, but I highly don't recommend this stroller to new parents. At first, since my baby weighed 7 lbs when she was born, maneuvering this stroller was very easy until she weighed 20 lbs when she turned 1. Not only that, the basket underneath would be hitting the wheels every time I added a thin blanket & a couple of jeans or anything that weighed slightly heavy. The wheels gave me problems when I needed to turn it. It felt like I was making a slight detour when something extra was being added in that small basket. It worked well when I didn't have anything in it. So I ended up buying those hooks you connect on the handles so I could get some help carrying my stuff when I shop around. The only thing I liked about this stroller is that i can have the baby face away from the sun without putting any extra blanket over the stroller. I also liked this stroller because the baby can face me and we'd see each other while I'm in a long line at the grocery store or library. Being bulky is acceptable for us because we have a van. But if you have a small car, it will take over the whole space in your car. Pls. research more on a better stroller than this. Good luck!

SUPERB socks - but color not as pictured
I LOVE Trumpette socks for my boy and he wears nothing else but this brand where socks are concerned, hence the 5* rating. However I am returning these camo socks as they are NOT the paler colors with shades of grey and white as pictured - they are brightly coloured with black and white. Great socks, just not the colors I was looking for.

BTW - if anyone can point me in the direction of the pastel camos I was hoping for I'd appreciate the info. :)

Best Stroller EVER!!!
After spending a ridiculous amount of time researching strollers, I decided to go with the Britax Vigour. I love this stroller!!!

Pros: Safe. Turns on a dime. Sturdy construction. Smooth ride for baby. Great looking. $500 less than a Bugaboo system. Works great for tall parents. Quick and compact fold. Great travel system with the Britax Companion car seat... just, click and go. Easy for a mom to lift in and out of a truck or hatch-back. One piece handle-bar allows for one-hand steering (sorry, Peg Perego ... but, two handles just aren't practical). Nice (but, not flat) recline for baby. Seat can be positioned to face parent or the world.

Cons: The sunshade is way TOO small and offers virtually no protection for baby. I attached an after-market shade to the stroller to reduce glare, but I would have preferred a bigger shade. The seat is a bit small, so my daughter may outgrow the Vigour by teh time she is a small toddler.

My advice ... buy it!!!

Throw Out Your High chair
Excellent product that works great at home and at restaurants. The Zooper chair cleans up quite easily; just throw it in the washing machine and it comes out like new! I had a highchair for my first child and it took up an entire corner in my kitchen. I decided to order this chair for my second child and I have no regrets! In fact, our family went out to dinner tonight (along with our Zooper) and put our 6 month old baby in it -very easy to bring along and convenient. I keep it attached to the kitchen counter and it is extremely sturdy. I researched other hook on chairs and the Zooper was the best choice due to the 4-point harness, padded seat/back, and stylish colors. I highly recommend this excellent product!

Good quality, but lacks important features
I bought this stroller when my daughter was nearly six months old based on positive reviews from Consumer Reports. We've now owned it for a year and a half. The quality is terrific. The seat material comes off and can be machined washed. It's very light weight and folds/unfolds easily and compactly. The basket is pretty decent and the higher pocket is handy. One con is that the angle of the seat makes a younger child look bunched up and uncomfortable - though my daughter never complained. But my biggest complaint (and this is due to my own inexperience) is that there is no snack/toy tray. This has forced me to bring out the big guns (my big Graco travel system stroller) when taking a trip to the mall or somewhere else that my daughter is likely to grow impatient/bored. Now I'm searching for a double stroller and a tray is very high on the list of must-have features.
